Terms of Use

The rules for using the EZ GPS app and the EZ GPS Beacon. Please read them: by using the app you agree to them.

Last updated: 27 October 2026. Published by Good Pace Setter Global LLC, 10412 Colechester Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22408, USA (“EZ GPS”, “we”, “us”).

Who may use EZ GPS

By downloading, installing or using the EZ GPS app (the “app”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher) to create an account or use the app.

The service

EZ GPS is a place-finding and location-sharing app. It lets you search for places near you, see distance and time, open directions in your phone’s maps app, save addresses, and share a place, or your current location, with people you choose by sending them a link. If you have one, you can also pair an EZ GPS Beacon to your account, and the app shows its battery and when it last checked in. These features may change as we improve the app.

Subscription and billing

You need an active subscription to use most of the app. You buy it through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play), as a monthly or a yearly plan.

The Beacon

The EZ GPS Beacon is a physical Bluetooth device sold separately from the subscription. The single-use code in its box links that Beacon to your account in the app (“Enter code”); each code can be used once. You do not need a Beacon to use the rest of the app. Our warranty and return terms for the Beacon, if any, are given when you buy it and are separate from these Terms. If you delete your account, your Beacons are unpaired from it and can then be paired by someone else.

Your account and conduct

Apple and Google

These Terms are between you and EZ GPS, not Apple or Google, and we, not they, are responsible for the app and its support. If you got the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of it, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of that agreement. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play’s terms of service apply to your purchase.

Ownership and map data

The app, the Beacon’s software and the EZ GPS name and branding belong to Good Pace Setter Global LLC or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app, and any Beacon you own, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Place information comes from Mapbox and from OpenStreetMap. OpenStreetMap data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and available under the Open Database Licence.

Directions are a guide

Places, distances, times and directions come from third-party map data and can be wrong or out of date. Check them against what you see, obey signs and the law, and do not rely on the app where a mistake could put anyone’s safety at risk. EZ GPS is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Warranties and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will always work, be accurate or be free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on places, directions or location information.

Nothing in these Terms limits anything that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why where we can. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership and liability) do so after your use ends.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where that law gives you the right.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the app changes. We will change the date at the top and, for changes that matter, tell you in the app or by email before they apply; using the app after that means you accept them. Questions? Write to privacy@ezgps.app.
